Shipping & Delivery Schedule

Dura Prime Furniture currently delivers its products across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We deliver within 7-10 working days from the day you have placed the order with us. Our team works from Saturday-Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM GST. Our delivery schedules also depend on the product and the time you place your order.

Delivery Charges:

• Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Here’s how your shipping charges will work:

Express Delivery

• Dura Decor(Dura Prime Furniture) aims to deliver all items within 3-5 (working days) from the time when the order is invoiced.
• No delivery on Friday / no delivery on public holidays  
• The Express Delivery will include an additional charge of AED300 to 500 (Depending on location).
• The express delivery service is not applicable for beds, mattresses and other customized products. 
• Dura Decor(Dura Prime Furniture) will reach out to the customer if the order cannot be delivered within the expected scheduled date.
• Dura Decor(Dura Prime Furniture) will not be accountable for delays caused beyond control.
• The express delivery option is available across all-region in the United Arab Emirates, except the following area.
